How do you ensure my clothes are taken care of?

We at YeLaundry believe in quality, care and convenience. We use state of the art tracking to ensure that your clothes are not misplaced. Our team is selected carefully and trained to ensure the ‘Best in class’ services. We also have regular audits to ensure that our exacting standards are followed.

How do I schedule a pick-up and delivery?

You can schedule the pick-up from our App (iOS or Android) or from our Website. The delivery time slots will also be visible to you and you can select your convenient time – and place of delivery (within the city limits).

By when can I expect laundry delivery?

The laundry will be delivered at the time and date chosen by you on the app.

What are the timings that you work?

Our pick-up and delivery timings are between 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., all days in most areas. You may chat, call or email our customer service teams who are at your service from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on all days.

Which areas do you offer your services in?

We offer services across the city of Pune. We are soon expanding to other cities as well.

Are your services Hygienic?

Hygiene is a top priority for us. We ensure that your clothes are taken care of in the best conditions always.

What are my payment options?

We currently offer payment by credit/ debit cards, UPI, payment wallets (e.g. Paytm). The in-app wallet can also be used for payments by recharging the wallet. Refunds, loyalty points can also be used for payments. We will offer cash on delivery options soon.

Do you do Dry cleaning?

In one word – Yes. We are a one stop solution for all your laundry needs. We wash, iron and dry clean more than 130 different types of items from the smallest handkerchief to the largest curtains.

What if my clothes are damaged?

While we take the best care for your clothes, there could be a rare chance of something going wrong and there being damage to your clothes. In such cases we have a well-defined compensation policy and will ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome. Please also contact us to understand the policies if you have any questions.

I need to travel urgently and have to cancel my pick up, can I?

We understand that there could be circumstances where you are forced to cancel a pick up. We do allow this and are more than happy to help in any small way we can. Please refer to the cancellation policy for details on this.

Are you’ll an environmentally friendly company?

At YeLaundry we make all efforts to be as environmentally friendly as possible. From using mostly reusable items to using bio-degradable disposables where possible. We are also working to deploy an electric fleet to reduce our carbon emissions. We believe in protecting the environment for our future generations and aligned to the benefits of our nation.

Can I use the ‘Bags’ for other purposes?

We would be more than happy if you used our bags for shopping at chic outlets in the best malls that you do. Feel free to do that – and please let us know if you need more of these bags.

Do you also care for delicate items?

Once you hand over your clothes to us, we ensure that they are cared for. Denims or Lace, we care for all.

I need my garments to be ironed after washing, do you do that?

The wash and Iron service are for you. We wash them, iron them and fold them.

What if I am not at the delivery location when you come?

The delivery team will contact you to ensure that we deliver. If you allow, we can leave the clothes with your nosy neighbor or burly security guard. In exceptional cases, we may take the clothes back and keep them safe for a future delivery time (at a small fee of course).

Can I have a quick turnaround for my clothes?

Yes, we will introduce premium services soon – at less than premium prices to get faster delivery times (and we are already FAST!).

Do I have to do any work on the clothes before you pick my laundry?

While we do appreciate if you keep them really neatly in the assigned bags, this is not required. Our delivery team – we call them Rock stars – will check and tag the items per your order, show you if any items are weak or liable for damage and then take the order. So, leave your worries to us – as we say, Tension kyu lena, YeLaundry Hai na.

Is your pricing transparent?

The price that you see is the price that you pay. There are no hidden charges. We don’t charge by the Kilo because that is not transparent – you know exactly what your expenses are for the clothes that you handover. We take the difficult route to ensure you are at ease.

Why do I need to use YeLaundry?

Yes, you have other options for getting your clothes laundered.
